Users never interact directly with wallet addresses. Instead they use payment links (a URL anyone can pay), @usernames (conduitpay.xyz/u/yourname), or embedded checkout flows. The wallet address is handled invisibly in the background.

2. Privacy Layer — Stealth Architecture

Payments are routed through temporary intermediary wallets:
  1. Conduit generates a fresh temporary wallet for your link
  2. Payer sends USDC to the temporary address
  3. Conduit forwards funds to your real wallet automatically
  4. Payer cannot trace your real address or history on-chain
Stealth mode is optional — toggle it per link when privacy matters.

3. Cross-Chain Settlement Layer

Through Circle’s CCTP V2, Conduit abstracts away chain selection entirely. Payers send from Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, or Avalanche — you always receive USDC on Arc Network. No bridging, no network switching, no errors.

4. Programmable Payment Layer — x402

Conduit enables HTTP-native payments. APIs return 402 Payment Required to unpaid requests. AI agents automatically authorize and settle USDC payments. Every API call becomes a monetized transaction — no subscriptions, no API keys, no accounts.
